The “VIJAMA” association implemented THE LEADER project “Development of social and health services”

“VIJAMA” was implemented by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) for the 2014-2020 programme of the rural development programme of Latvia “Implementation of activities in accordance with the project“ Development of social and health services ”presented in the 2 nd round of the project competition announced by the community-led local development strategy” (No 17-01-AL15-a019 .2203-000012).
As a result of the project, washing machines, showers, Ironing systems with Ironing boards, sewing machine, mechanical blood pressure meter, television, computer with optional equipment were purchased.
The project's implementation resulted in the objective of the project: the development and development of social services, the provision of social services IN THE parish OF Silmalas, the Stikana village, socially vulnerable groups: pensioners, disabled persons, deprived families and persons.
The creation of a social point provides free service provision, enabling socially vulnerable groups to improve social needs, improve the quality of life.
The total cost of the project is EUR 9675,09, of which EUR 8707,56 (90%) OF EAFRD public funding and EUR 967,53 (10%) for the financing of the “Vijama” association.
