For young people

A two-day event for children and young people in “atā, summer!” was held at THE summer weekend AT Dricānu. The programme included a variety of creative groups, such as the opportunity to learn origami-making, to participate in a graffiti competition where the main prize was “Auscara kebabs” gift card worth 10 euros, to learn the foundations for different types of juggling, as well as games and games for two days.
The event took place within the framework of the “Uzzeimoj” project, which was intended to make cosmetic changes AT THE centre of Dricānu youth. For this purpose, the artists who will make changes - the creative association Valters Murane - were invited. Each of the artists carried out their style of work, combining thematically with the wishes and ideas of young people. The center is a stylised peoples' daughter, decorated with folklore characters, and on both sides is “Skills” and “Kukuji”. “Sugar”, as such a name is usually Dricānu for youth teams by participating in competitions or competitions, whereas “Success” is the name of a youth centre and association, which means “or varies” in Latgalian language. The work of the creative association WAS evaluated by the creative association'S VALIS and Walter Murane. As a best youth, Graffiti was recognized as the work of Rainer Puskundi. The young man got a 10-euro gift card in his estate.
Unfortunately, the centre rooms for youth activities and events cannot be used in the cold seasons, so meet JC “Kukuji” spring!
