Dricānu for women's lawyer “Almus” – 30 th birthday

With the following words of Onton Matveyana, Dricānu Women's Bar Ansablis “Almus” addressed all the present who sanctioned the 1 TP7T CN for 30 years in the afternoon of 3 November.
“Almus” roots are found in the late eighties of the last century. As the spiritual reflection began, O.Matveyan began to play the organ AT THE Dricānu church and set up the church choir. Gradually, in order to participate in various cultural life events, a cell of four singers, called “Brilleton” by the poet Emily Kalvāne, was crystallised from Cora. The ensemble had been requested because O. Matveyana's “golf”, the singers could get in both Rēzekne and Signagala, both in Luban and Riga and much elsewhere.
Some years later, when the ensemble had become more fluid in terms of singers, Maestro gave us the Almus name. We were O. Matveyana's ensemble because we learned and performed his musical works. The repertoire of the ensemble consisted of two parts: songs of spiritual and song with long-term words. Our circle of friends expanded. Jānis Streich spoke, prepared a large concert and, together with Gaigalavas “Aism” in 2003, concerted at the Riga Latvian Society House, visited Riga Latgalian association “Third Star”. Together with the poet, E. Kalvani created a literary musical composition and visited Merdzene, Riga and Kalnciems. It was their two compositions “Kreit vysi keizari...” that provided “Almus” a prize place in Latgale region's voxal ensemble in Balvi. To date, it is an emotional meeting with Siberian Latgalians in the seminar “Latgale Sibiri, sibirths in Latgale” in the Latvian Museum of Culture in 2007. With time, we became an integral part of the Vl. Lõča Latgale writer museum and Fr. Events organised by the Trassil Museum “Colnasate”. In 2006 and 2007, we recorded two CDs “hobbies” and “Living for Latgolai”.
After leaving Matveyan eternity for five years, “Almus” was held together BY THE organ of THE Gaigalavas Church, the teacher Inta Birke. Inta was like an unpaid “quick help”, referring to his own options and probability. I hope God will reward him for this self-return.
In the past five years, Jānis Trus, a young, talented artist. These years are characterised by the realization and execution of a sufficiently complex spiritual music repertoire in many gods in Latgale, as well as in Ogre, Jelgava, Riga, etc.
In rephrasing the hero of the film, i can say that we - “Almus” - were, we are, and we will be, because, for a month, a new music teacher Janis Velicko, whose family we have been fully called the dricāniešiem for two years. There are new plans, ideas and repertoire to be learned, as well as new song friends.
Thank everyone for flowers, gifts, good words, sincere wishes and emotional presence! Thank you for the guests of the Inkine-led guests – the Bar ansambļiem of the Cyrus Cultural House, “Northern Drivers” and “Sidrabrasa”, the husband of the Mezvids People's House, “oak” for the festival of us!
Where did our first manager find the name of the ensemble? “Alms” means “good faith, self-sufficient”.
