Implementation of the programme “Human Resources and Employment” of the European Social Fund's operational programme “Promoting the competitiveness of teachers in the framework of the optimisation of education systems”

The objective of the sub-activity is to promote the competitiveness of teachers and professional and sectoral mobility in the context of the optimisation of the education system.

The target audience – teachers of general and vocational education, including professional orientations, interest education and pre-school teachers who work in an educational institution, participate in the implementation of the educational programme and, after optimisation of the educational system, get into new working conditions in an educational institution or may lose employment in an educational institution.

Thus, the participation in the project may be eligible for 3 different eligible activities:

1. Support for teachers in the development of knowledge and skills to promote professional

and sectoral mobility, including the development of entrepreneurship and the start of commercial or self-employment;

2. support for the training necessary for the work of a teacher in an educational institution;

3. implementation and further development of the evaluation system for teachers, promoting the professional career development of teachers working in the educational institution, the effective training of teachers, as well as providing the necessary knowledge, skills and experience for the implementation of the evaluation system and the improvement of the quality of education.
