Hairdressing: Mode and style or chemistry and psychology?!

In the framework OF THE ESF project No. 8.3.5.0/16/I/001 “career support in general and vocational education institutions”, Rezekne takes up the position of Lucia Rananes McKashan in secondary school, the Verham Basic School and the Rēznas elementary school in the spring of this spring, the hairdressing of Mazure, whose masterclass revealed the multiplicity of hairdressing work and the presence of creativity in day-to-day work. Not one of the young people had a surprise that the hairdresser was learning all their lives, because Mode and Style are constantly changing, and the colors and technologies used are very fast. It was revealed that the hairdresser should also be a good psychologist in order to give comfort to the problems that would be tortured by people in terms of exterior appearance and hair, or could inspire a change in line with the latest trends in style. So a good job master works not only with hair but also carries out the duties of a stylish and adviser. The maistare presented a wide range of challenges, professional learning opportunities and stressed the demand of hairdressers in the labour market and shared their personal career.
The second part of the masterpiece was practical: the demonstration of professional skills in which students had the opportunity not only to feel the role of the model, but by asking questions and receiving answers, to know the secrets of the profession, while observing the necessary skills and competences. It was delighted that young people had a lot of questions and were interested in knowing the different nature of the hairdresser.
