The choice of the name of the prospective company was, to a certain extent, determined by the sector, namely the first part of the name “ju -” is taken from the name of the owner, while the name “- kon -” from the word “conditioner”, while the last letter in the name “- m” is the first letter of the name of the master's wife. Life had made her adjustments and the business moved into other rails where the dream-day dream was going to live. It was started to smoke fish, but the idea of developing a refrigerating business was discarded. The company currently offers its service to individual customers, as well as tourist groups.
A fish smoker is installed in the territory of the company, where it is possible to smoked around 50 kg of fish at the same time, a recreational area is established next to the smoker – a table and a step where the tasting of fish is usually held. In the event of less favourable weather conditions, the company shall take the guests in a specially designed cubicle (at the same time they may stay up to ~ 20 people). A separate fish-cleaning building is planned to be established in the future.
