Gaigalavas parish residents call their candidates for the post of parish administration, Valentina Puste nominated

On Wednesday, December 5, a population meeting took place in Gaigalava, the parish people had gathered to nominate candidates for the post of parish administration.
IN the introduction to the meeting, the President OF the Rēzekne District Council, Monvīds Švarcs, said that the main requirement for applicants is higher education and the confidence of the parish population. Candidates nominated during an interview will have to complete a test to verify the knowledge of applicants in areas related to work. It should be noted that the completed tests will have to be submitted anonymously because, as pointed out by the M. Schwartz: “No chombs!” Representatives of the advisory board of the population were invited to participate as observers in the selection process of the manager.
Three candidates were nominated in the meeting: Valentina Puste, parish council (currently a member of the head of the parish administration), the Chairperson of the Latvian Consultative Council Anita Macāne and Ilona Delvere, the Chairperson of the Rēzekne District Municipality Gaigalavas Orphan's Court.
Ilona Delvere thanked her for her confidence, but she refused, the more competent she was in her work, also M. Schwartz described Ilona as a good specialists. On the second day after the meeting, Anita Macāne asked her to withdraw her candidature. The final result was one applicant for THE position of THE HEAD of the Gaigalavas parish administration – Valentina Puste.
Valentina Puste was born and raised IN Gaigalavas parish, secondary education at Gaigalavas in secondary school, training continued in the construction technique of Riga (speciality: technician – architect), graduated in 2007 by the Faculty of Economics of Rezekne University (speciality – economist with specialisation - company law). The county manager has been working on the club since 2000. With her husband, the family raised two sons in the family.
The second question, which was provided for in the meeting, is the management of multi-apartment buildings. The parish people were invited to think about their convenience in order not to lose them and to avoid unnecessary expenditure; to think of the insulation of the pipelines in cellar, the installation of water meters, the cleaning of the site and, of course, the payment of the invoices.
The meeting of the population, which assesses the candidatures of the parish manager, also takes PLACE this week IN the parish of Dricānu, Stružānu and Sakstagala. As reported BY Monvīds Švarcs, each tenderer must now prepare a “homework” which will set out its vision of the parish work and set up its priority tasks. About a week later, a work interview is planned to allow Members to hear and approve the Commission's report on the evaluation of candidates at the Rēzekne District Council on 20 December.
