We burned our hearts in Latvia

A beautiful and exciting Latvian centennial event “hundreds of light for Latvia dance, hundreds of lights in Latvia see!” In the Cultural Cultural House, by bringing together and joining more than two hundred people.
The celebration of the festival began two weeks ago with the installation of Latvian characters in the field at the cultural house, as well as the placement of the large-format Auseklu and centenary figures illuminated in the hours of the night at the outer wall of the cultural house. An exhibition of children's drawings “Eu in Latvia, eu hundredth!” and photo exhibition “our centennial year 2018!”, which included the most important and beautiful moments from parish life in 2018, could be viewed at the premises of the cultural house. From the first to the sixteenth November, people of all ages were invited to participate in the campaign “My story for Latvia...” by writing their wish, memories, future vision for Latvia. All the jobs were then booked in a book that could be viewed during the event on 18 November. This book of our own, as well as the photograph book “Latvia 100” created by Peter's hopes, will be seen for some time in the cultural house. In the design of the cultural house, in support of the “gloved Latvia” stock, there were twenty pairs of written mittens made over the years by the mom of our parish, Sylvia Estonia.
The festival began with the singing of the national anthem at the time of the sunrise of the cultural house. Around thirty fountains, with warm mittens, agreed to the words “God, bless Latvia!” After that, ten dark red and white balloons flew in the sky.
In the celebration of the celebration of the centennial festival, we gave thanks to the people of the 1949 repression of the parish people, the winners of the Chernobyl accident, as well as the people of the People's Front and Baricades. His employees, with gratitude articles in various nominations, flowers and small memorials, were welcomed BY THE parish administration OF Stružānu and the management of the Rēzekne municipality.
A festival concert was prepared for the participants of the event, in which the Sherjan PII “bell” and the New Jerusalem primary school students, as well as amateur amateurs of the Cultural Heritage House, took part in the event.
After the final singing, they were invited to the cultural house to watch the festival. There was no big anniversary, and other delicious celebrations, shared photography, and then a fun and nice rest evening with the musician Inara Kuzmina.
Sincere thanks to all who participated in the organisation and operation of the centennial event. It was the team's work, and the result was delighted. I am glad that we can give people memorable festive moments, a colossal sense of unity and belonging to Latvia! We all burned our hearts on Latvia!
