Information regarding non-built land units intended for completion of land reform with cadastre designation 7888 006 0183 Silmalas parish lease right auction

1. Auction object – unbuilt, part of land unit for completion of land reform in 2.14 ha with cadastre designation 7888 006 0183. The purpose of leasing for agricultural production purposes.
2. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
3. Auction price (EUR, excluding VAT) 45,00 (forty-five euro 00 cents) per year, auction step EUR 3,00 (three euro cents). The participants in the auction shall raise their registration card with a number in the bidding process. The manager of the auction shall repeat the registration number of the first bidder and determine the proposed fee. The increase of the proposed auction fee shall not be less than the auction auction, even if 1 (one) participant of the auction participates in the auction.
4. Place and date of the auction - 1 TP54T parish administration premises, sun street 4, Gornica, Silmalas civil parish, Rēzekne municipality, 20 September 2019 at noon 09.00.
5. Lease contract term - 12 years.
6. All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall pay a security equal to the initial fee of the lease, i.e. EUR 45,00 (forty-five EUR 00 cents) and a registration fee OF EUR 15,00 (fifteen eur 00 cents).
7. The security and registration fee shall be included in the “Maltas parish association” of the municipality of Rezekne, tail. No. 40900027426, AS SWEDBANK, HABALV22, current account No. LV31 HABA 0551 0460 6437 1.
8. A security shall be deemed to have been submitted if the relevant amount of money has been credited to the bank account.

10. Characterisation of the auction object: land unit with cadastre designation 7888 006 0183, Belobabina, Silmalas parish, Rezekne municipality, area to be leased – 2.14 ha, incl. agricultural land area of 1.84 ha, other land 0.30 ha. The object is leased without building rights. Access to the object is provided from the national local road v553 Tisky - Kruki - Riebs.
