Information on the lease of land in Signagala
1. The object of the auction - a non-built, local government unit of land with an area of 2,6 ha with cadastre designation 7886 002 0102. The purpose of the lease - for agricultural production purposes.
2. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
3. Initial auction price (EUR, excluding VAT) 60,00 (sixty euros, 00 cents) per year, auction step EUR 3,00 (three euros, 00 cents). The participants in the auction shall raise their registration card with a number in the bidding process. The manager of the auction shall repeat the registration number of the first bidder and determine the proposed fee. The increase of the proposed auction fee shall not be less than the auction auction, even if 1 (one) participant of the auction participates in the auction.
4. Place and date of the auction – Sakstagala parish administration premises, kalna street 2, Sakstagals, Sakstagala civil parish, Rēzekne municipality, 1 August 2019 at: 09:00.
5. Lease contract term - 12 years.
6. All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall pay a security equal to the initial fee of the lease, i.e. EUR 60,00 (sixty EUR, 00 cents) and a registration fee OF EUR 15,00 (fifteen euro, 00 cents).

8. A security shall be deemed to have been submitted if the relevant amount of money has been credited to the bank account.
9. Time and place of application by applicants until 1 August 2019 at 08:30 Rēzekne municipality “Dricānu parish council” in the records of the unit “Sakstagala parish administration”, address: kalna iela 2, Sakstagals, Sakstagala civil parish, Rezekne municipality, LV–4638.
10. Characterisation of the auction object: part of the land unit with cadastre designation 7886 002 0102, “Baltiņi”, Guriliški, Sakstagala parish, Rezekne municipality, area to be leased – 2.6 ha, agricultural land. The object is leased without building rights. The object does not have direct access to the land unit, additional agreements are required with the surrounding land owners.
