Information for Extension of Term of Termination of Land Rental No 23 and Expression of Land Rental Agreement in a new version OF Maltas civil parish

The unit “Maltas parish board” of the municipality of Rezekne states that “Maltas parish board” declares that, on the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 19 March 2020 “on the extension of the duration of the land lease contract No 23 of 13 May 2014 and the renewal of the contract in a new version” (Protocol No 8.28), on 14 April 2020, the land lease contract No 8.7.1/216 was concluded by transferring the land unit with cadastre designation 7870 002 0048 –1,6 ha, with a lease fee of EUR 96,00 (excluding VAT), a land unit with a cadastre designation of 7870 002 0054 –2,2 ha, with a lease fee of EUR 129.00 (excluding VAT) and a land unit with a cadastre designation of 7870 002 0134 -1,5 ha PER year (excluding VAT). The Agreement shall enter into force on 13.05.2019 and shall be valid until 15.11.2043.
