Won “Rēzekne District Cup 2019” in rider competitions
On 15 June, the municipality of Rēzekne held Vērēmu parish in Anchupan Kartodroma in the event of obstacles to sports competitions, where 28 participants were initially started. The competition took place in four stages and started with a management route. On this route, 11 participants with the lowest experience in sport and the public demonstrated their skills on the horse, performing various controls: volts, serpentine, stopping, rikes over cavalets and imitation of the jump.
In the second route, horses and riders who start the first season took part in an obstacle height of 60 cm. The five prizes were fought by 19 participants. The first place on this route was held by Annie Liepkalne from Jçkabpils municipality's farm “stupid” with horse Roze, the second – Valerie Holma with equine ice from Lūznavas, the third – Inga Kalniņa with pony Zuco from the horse sown in Rēzekne municipality, fourth in Paula Shetrek with horse song “whites” and fifth – Paula Helen Knipa with horse Sheldon from “Rezekne stalls”.
On the third route, 19 participants participated with an obstacle height of 80 cm. At this speed route, without restrictions, the first place was acquired by Liana stupid from Jçkabpils Municipality “stupid” with pony Twiggy, second - Elise Stauže with horse Kolstein's Obolensky from Skraver Municipality Sports Club “Eridana”, third in Wendy Madara Kancāne with horse Kvazars from the Lielvārde farm “Lielkazars 1”, fourth in Valeria Holma with horse ice from Lūznavas and fifth – Rasma Tim with horse Dakar from the Alūksne farm “Juri”.
The fourth route, with an obstacle height of 100 cm on the Rēzekne District Cup, was fought by 10 participants. In this speed route, the “Rēzekne Municipality Cup 2019” was won by League Dage with horse Croder from Jçkabpils Municipality “Water”. The second place was organised by Christian Nikolaev, with horse Onke from Lielvārde municipality, “Lielkajoki 1”, third – Elise Stauže with horse Kaldero from Skraver municipality sports club “Eridana”, fourth – Vadim Blamervics with horse Lugano from Skraver's sports club “Eridana”, fifth – Wendy Madara Kancāne with horse Kwazars from the Lielkazars farm “Lielkazars 1”.
The routes were mastered by the national category Judge Egils Broks. The event was supported by the municipality of Rezekne and the foundation “for the development of rural economy in Rezekne municipality” (LEARN). “Hevo” was organised by SIA “Hevo”.
The event was successfully complemented by a seminar organised by the municipality OF Rezekne, THE “living healthy Rēzekne municipality” (No. 9.2.4.2/16/I/027), on the impact of animals on the psychotional state of humans and the self-sensation, during which visitors could observe demonstration shows with both horses and dogs.
