Invitations to tender for pupils “Muna Sate School, Posting/Violation 1917-2015”

The Rēzekne Latgalian cultural association (RLKB), in collaboration with the associations: “Kukuji”, “young people Baltinavai”, the Latgale language, literature, cultural history teacher association, Rezekne High School (RA), awaiting the centuries of Latgale merger Congress and the centuries of the Latvian state, launches the competition “Muna sate, School, Pogost/fiction 1917-2015”, identifying the brightest events of Latgale region, the school, the brightest events of the history, personalities, historical evidence in stories, photographs, youth colleges and other creative technologies available to modern young people.
The aim of the competition is to identify local, individual narcotics (stories) about the most brightest events, personalities in families, schools, school history, parish/cities that show the characterisation of the 1917 situation, its impact and changes in almost 100 years of development. The best works will be used in educational computer games, as well as in building a documentary on Latgale merger congress, linking this historical fact with the values, documents, testimony of the state of Latvia and the permanent generation of the Latvian state.
As this year is about 110 years since the opening of the first Latvian newspaper “light”, the format of the competition is the formation of a newspaper, reflecting the content mentioned in the tender target.
Students of classes 8-12 of Latgale region are invited to participate in the competition. Membership may take place as groups, individually. In both cases, a consultant may be attached: a teacher, a counselor.
