Opening of Carl Skalbe's fairy tale “kiss mill” Latgalic edition of “Kachyša patmalis”

On November 30, the opening of the Rēzekne Technology Academy at the 10 th International Latgalian Conference took place in the opening of the “Kachyša patmalis” of the Latgalic edition of Karl Skalbe.
