Christine Georgia's first international victory in chess

On Saturday, October 8, that year, the Rookiški District Open Championship was held in Riga City Museum premises. There were 44 participants in the “A” tournament – adults, children and young people from Rokiški, Ukmerges, Anyksciai, Kintai, Birzai, Pakruov City (Lithuania), Rezekne, Jackabpils and Maltas (Latvia). The “B” tournament included 36 participants (born and younger in 2004) from Rokiški, Visaginas, Ukmerges City (Lithuania), Rezekne, Jacob and Maltas (Latvia). From Rezekne, he took part in the chess: “A” in the tournament - D. Vilnius, A. Jasinsky and E. Shtecel, “B” in the tournament – K. Georgea. The tournaments followed the FIDE rules and the Swiss system, 9 cards, with a reflection time of 12 min. + 5 sec. per participant until the end of the party.         
Group B-8:
1 st place - Gintaras Sersniova from Visaginas (Lithuania) – 4 points (coef. 41.0);
2 nd place – Romana Zaicenkova from Rokiškis (Lithuania) – 4 points (coef. 40.0);
3 rd place – Artemis Ozog from Visaginas (Lithuania) – 4 points (coef. 36.0).         
Group G-8:
1 st place – Christine Georgia from Maltas (Latvia) – 5.5 points;
2 nd place – Liepa Sarkaite from Ukmerge (Lithuania) – 5 points;
3 rd place: Mariana seine from Visaginas (Lithuania) – 3 points.         
Group B-12:
1 st place – Arturs Krastins from Jçkabpils (Latvia) – 7.5 points;
2 nd place – Matas Juozapavicius from Rokiškis (Lithuania) – 7 points;
3 rd place - Christian Police from Jçkabpils (Latvia) – 6.5 points.    
Group g-12:
1 st place: Agne Mickunaite from Ukmerge (Lithuania) – 7 points;
2 nd place – Jekaterina Smirnov from Rezekne (Latvia) – 6 points;
3 rd place – Ugne Sniuikaite from Ukmerge (Lithuania) – 5.5 points.    
Group B-16:
1 st place: Martynas Dolmantas from Ukmerge (Lithuania) – 5.5 points;
2 nd place: David Skick from Birzai (Lithuania) – 5 points (coef .43 .5);
3 rd place – Juris Siliņš from Rezekne (Latvia) – 5 points (coef .40 .5).      
Group g-16:
1 st place - Victoria Kriviciute from Birzai (Lithuania) – 4.5 points;
2 nd place – Liana stupid from Jçkabpils (Latvia) – 3.5 points;
3 rd place – Lin Niazi from Jçkabpils (Latvia) – 3 points.    
Group B-17 and increase:
1 st place – Andris Starostis from Rezekne (Latvia) – 7.5 points;
2 nd place – Guntis Jankovskis from Jçkabpils (Latvia) – 7 points;
3 rd place – Dainis Vilnius from Maltas (Latvia) – 3 points.     
In the G-17 group and increasing.:
1 st place – Virginia Savickiene from Ukmerge (Lithuania) – 5.5 points;
2 nd place – Eira Sarnovska from Jçkabpils (Latvia) – 5 points;
3 rd place – Ausra Kirstukaite from Rokiškis (Lithuania) – 4 points.      
Group S50 +:
1 st place – Laimutis Mikena from Rokiškis (Lithuania) – 6.5 points;
2 nd place – Raimund Ivanauska from Rokiškis (Lithuania) – 6 points (coef .47 .0);
3 rd place – Anatoly Jasinsky from Maltas (Latvia) – 6 points (coef .46 .0).
All first-place winners received cups, medals and diplomas, second and third-place winners – medals and diplomas.
