THE SIA “Latvian Rural Consultation and Education Centre” (LLCC) has already spent the Seventh year on free learning to acquire or supplement its knowledge in entrepreneurship, calls for susceptible, active young people. After training, young people can apply for the competition “fields to be!” where, when designing their business plan, in defence of the idea of ideas, there is an opportunity to get a money prize for the realization of the plan.
Several of our young people have successfully started in previous competitions. Here are the scores of some young people, the information about the event.
Gunta Nagle. One of the winners of the competition “support for youth entrepreneurship” in 2012.
The temptation - through and through! Gunta had been the idea of designing clothes since childhood. The legitimacy was the information that Momma read and provided information about THE opportunities offered BY LLCC to young people to learn business affairs.
The Gunta acknowledges that the information received at the time of the training on the availability of finance for the development of non-agricultural business opened an opportunity for the realization of the idea. Before that, she had the idea that the Rural Support Service (LAD) was only supported by agricultural activity. The idea Gunta would have done, only much later, but who knew it. The award received in the competition was invested in the approved LAD project.
Currently, the fashion cabin “LAGA” created by Gunta Nagles is not only recognized by Carlos.
Gunta's assessment of the measure is positive, adding that it should be continued. The amount of knowledge and information acquired has been sufficient to enable young people interested to continue to operate independently.
Jeanis Yesko. In 2014, at the start of the competition with the project “Developing the production of beekeeping products in the farm“ Ships ”, 1 st place is acquired. Jeanis, returning from Jelgava, lives and works in his hometown, Rēzekne, IN the parish OF Nagļu. It is undeniable that the high assessment in the competition gave an incentive to further action.
With beekeeping, Žanis was active at the level of the hobby. How to settle all things to register an activity officially for accounting, understanding, and knowledge. Only when the LLCC is found in the Rezekne chapter explains what and what to do. This call for participation in training and competition is soon followed.
Žanis has his own conclusions on the measure as a whole. He believes that one group cannot be a newly-graduated young man with some life experience. The experience of life makes it easier to build a business plan, more realistic.
Unambiguous, “the countryside!” must continue, that is Shan's wish. It is precisely that measure that beekeeping can be a profitable sector.
Sanita Zunda In 2015, he successfully defended his idea of planting herbs in potatoes. This is confirmed by the 3 rd place in the category “business idea in the agricultural sector”.
The idea of spices has been earlier. Over the course of the learning process, the idea is more crystallised. In the conversation Sanita stresses that the measure must be continued, the content of the training is assessed as good, but not all of it has been fully understood. In any business, the work must be continuous.
The idea of growing herbs is maintained, although the activity is currently not profitable due to busy borrowing.
Andris Vishnevskis from Viļānu, Dekšāres parish was awarded 1 st in 2016. Well known at Latvian level as producer of hemp production. Andris welcomed the measure as a whole, first emphasising its usefulness. Also, Andris's idea of hemp had been pre-training, but there was no doubt about arranging the documentation, nor how to put it all on paper, that is, there was no idea of the business plan. An active operation is currently in progress without deviating from the set targets.
The learning process is assessed positively by Andris. This type of training and competition should be continued. Andris emphasizes that this is actually the only way that a person has no real assets or experience but is willing to act, initiate or develop his own small business.
Wales Sarmule – 1 st place winner in 2017 in the category “Production of added value of agricultural products (including domestic production and small-scale food processing).”
Read THE LLCC Rēzekne section information about the “fields” event. “In the home page of Rezekne, it was clear that he had to learn. In the course of the training process, Welga developed his idea of the production of ice cream. Under the common name“ Zukurella ”, the Welsh cartons produced under domestic conditions had already been enjoyed by one alone. Welga is, by its very nature, open, active, coming, interested, attending seminars. Welcomes the opportunity for young people to participate in this type of training and competition.
