THE LLCC Forest Consultation Services Centre (MCC) has prepared and issued a spring information expenditure for forest owners “chiekurs”
Latest and useful information for forest owners in the latest “chiek” number:
- On the risks of spruce-tooth bark and protective measures in spruce groves;
- On EU support for forest rearing and restoration of forest stands;
- The most important of the time periods for forest inventory;
- Updated list of forest trees;
- The main focus on forest-growing risks;
- Studies on the population of major predators;
- It is now safe to operate in its woods etc.

The spring “čiekurs” will be available in printed form at the Central Bureau of Forest Consultation Service and LLCC in Ozolnieki, Riga Street 34, as well as in regional chapters OF MKPC and LLCC, communicating individually with one of the employees (www.mkpc.llkc.lv and www.llkc.lv. specialists).
In future, when the situation in the country has improved, the printed form will be available in the State Forest Service - Riga, 13 January Street 15 and forestry, rural support service units, as well as local governments and libraries.
