Lūznavas Manor offers cooperation opportunities for business start and development

A little more than a year after the renovation, THE open-air Lūznavas manor has proved itself as a new, attractive object of cultural and natural tourism, applied business and other activities. Lūznavas “mice” has also gained media attention and visibility at national level, so that in order to complement the range of customs services and to offer the potential to be used as a platform for developing their business, Lūznavas Manor calls for cooperation between companies and stakeholders of different professional profiles.

Lūznavas Manor specifically calls for the reference of volunteers, teachers, artists, environment, arts, cultural history teachers, domestic producers, craftsmen, entrepreneurs, tourism service providers, catering providers and other stakeholders in Rezekne to diversify the services available to Luznava as a result of joint cooperation and contribute to the promotion of the business environment of the municipality – Lūznavas Manor is a platform and resource for both the start of business and the development of existing business in the municipality of Rezekne.

Possible ways of cooperation:

• the offering of art, cultural history, environmental awareness, creative, innovative authors;
• management of masters, tasting, workshops;
• provision of coffee and catering services by order;
• creation of natural trails/routes;
• active recreational supply in the park;
• the establishment of the Special Manor Souvenirs;
• organisation of formal events (wedding, Christian, honorary anniversaries, children's celebrations, etc.);
• other possible services.

It is interesting to note that the services should preferably be established in accordance with THE historical nature of THE Lūznavas maniža and the identity of that moment, subject to the national statuses of both the customs complex and the National Park of Razna. The offers must be innovative, unique, modern, qualitative and appropriate for the strategic development of the customs. Historically, THE owners of Lūznavas Manor wanted to bring together art, creativity, intercultural dimensions, new ideas and thought “flight” space and atmosphere, and that is why this direction is further marked as a central axis of the development of the manor and park complex. A significant factor in the development of the estate - the willingness to ensure the availability of services as far as possible throughout the year.

Stakeholders and potential collaborators have a perspective and a shared business environment, an interest and cooperative attitudes, a growing flow of visitors, good reputation, a place with their story and special LIFE for successful development of services.

In the first year of operation, a very successful collaboration WITH Lūznavas maniai has already developed with special design Souvenir vendors “Cabat” and the design workshop “VALIS”, which the souvenirs with the manor symbolic have gained recognition and enthusiasm among the guests.

“Cabat” Souvenir's producer Ilze Tolopilo, on cooperation with Lūznavas, is very pleased and says, “When THE Lūznavas manor was renowned, people's interest in it was only growing – various events, concerts, excursions. It is only obvious that the visitors wanted to take some memory from the visitor. This was what started in our collaboration with Lūznavas Manor when we created the first souvenirs with a Lūznavas manor-wound story that the ladies have loved. Now Souvenir's range has grown up and offers earrings, cuffs, rings, and magnets."
