Looking for a cultural event manager IN Sakstagala civil parish
The “Dricānu parish council” unit of the municipality of Rezekne provides work for cultural event manager Sakstagala parish in the centre of public activity.
The main tasks of the work:
• organisation of cultural work, management, drawing up of a plan of activities and implementation thereof;
• the organisation of artistic self-activities, the organisation of technical staff and the control of responsibilities;
• ensure high content and artistic levels of organised events;
• to build and strengthen THE parish traditions OF Sakstagala;
preparation of the budget plan for the cultural work for approval, responsibility for implementation thereof;
• addressing economic issues for the maintenance and improvement of the centre of the centre of public activity;
• organising the activities of artistic self-activities;
compliance with regulatory enactments regulating the activities of cultural centres;
preparation of annual report (www.kulturaskarte.lv).
Requirements for a candidate is a higher or secondary education; knowledge, experience and skills in the organisation of cultural work (management), organizer's doorway, skills to play in front of the public; knowledge of regulatory enactments regulating cultural fields; excellent knowledge of the Latvian language; skills at work with computer and other office equipment; accuracy, high sense of responsibility; communication, self-initiative; competence to rational organise his or her work. Work experience in a similar capacity, as well as the literacy of the Latgalian language, will be considered an advantage.
