The Centre for Lifelong Learning calls for the participation of teachers in the vocational development programme “psychohygiene of educational institution”

Saturday, 21 November, from 10.00 to 14.00, Rēzekne municipality council, liberation alley 95a takes place in the field of professional development and continuing education of teachers of the city and municipality of Rezekne “educational institution psychohygiene”. Head of Actions - Lector Kaspars Bikis of Latvia and Danish universities.
The programme shall improve the competences of the general personality necessary for the personality of the educator, acquire healthy self-knowledge and self-expression skills. With the help of practical exercises, the teacher learns a variety of ways to become more satisfied with himself, pupils and work at school, and also offers to find out the conditions where, in the course of the pedagogical work, he will be relieved of the feelings of pessimistic dooming, instead offering practical techniques to create his own well-being, as well as ways of promoting creative elevation (Flow), joy, satisfaction, self-sufficiency, pupils, work at school and life in general. Teachers learn practical optimism exercises, as well as practical techniques with which to learn skills, abilities and skills to relax situational anxiety, to get rid of fear and excitement, to discipline the mind, to get rid of chaos, and to learn the habit of taking things around without concern and anxiety. When learning a variety of cognitive exercises, teachers receive positive attitudes towards themselves and the surrounding world.

Membership fee 17.00 EUR. A certificate of professional development and further training of 12-hour teachers shall be obtained.
