Ozolaines People's House Design Project – second best in Latvia

Ozolaines parish received a delighted news - THE design project of THE new designer Santa Katkevich'S Ozolaines People's House (Head of the Head of the Rēzekne Technology Academy Diana Apele) received the Latvian designer “LDS prize design 2017” 2 nd place in the framework of the university competition.
This year, THE People's House of Ozolaines became one of the projects for the development of student diplomat projects of the University of Rēzekne Technology (RTA). In autumn of last year, Ozolaines People's nams and parish administration launched discussions on cooperation in this area with THE head of THE RTA design programme Diana Apeli, who is also a RESIDENT of Ozolaines parish. As a result of the development of his diploma project, THE Ozolaines People's House building was selected by the Faculty of Rēzekne Technology Academy, Education, Language and Design Faculty, Student 4 of the Bachelor Study Programme “Interior Design”, Santa Katkevich. In the framework of the diploma, Santa developed the design, functional and technical solutions of the premises AT THE premises of THE 1 st floor of THE Ozolaines People's House - an act hall, a handpiece for the office, a room of seniora club, a room for labor, and other 1 st floor offices, as well as 2 main-floor corridors.
On June 14, 2017, THE RTA took place in the defence of diplomas. The future designer Santa Katkevich instructed the Commission TO present THE design project OF THE Ozolaines People's House, with a maximum rating of 10 balls. A truly modern, beautiful, functional and intelligent design, which we want to play in real life, was developed for the outdated look of space.
The project developed by Santa was further directed by the Latvian designer Union (LDS) competition “Latvian Designer Union Prize for 2017”, which is organised to promote and promote Latvian professional design education, to identify and evaluate school teachers and the excellence of their students and students and their willingness to act in the design industry market. At the annual design industry exhibition “Design Island 2017”, the international exhibition company “BT1” exhibition hall in Ķīpsala, Riga. As part of the exhibition, Latvia's best designers were announced at the premises of Kippal Halles and presented in “LDS Prize Design 2017” for interior, case and communication design nominations. THE design project OF THE Ozolaines People's House received a “LDS prize design 2017” for 2 nd place in the framework of the university competition. The RTA graduate Santa Katkevich talent and successful studies also show that Santa is currently working as a designer in Birmingham, England.
