On the cancellation of short-term passenger bus flights

The Latgale Planning Region informs that the VSIA “Road Transport Directorate” (hereinafter the Directorate) has received a letter stating that, in view of the passenger traffic data during the emergency situation, when passengers in the route network have decreased by more than 60 %, as well as the fact of further restrictions on the reduction of the pandemic after 6 April 2021 (end date of the emergency situation), the Directorate does not predict a rapid increase in passengers. In view of the possibility for passengers to use alternative flights and the sufficiency of existing flight capacity, the Directorate temporarily abrogates the execution of such flights by 31 August 2021 (currently unknown):

1. Route No 7479 Daugavpils-Rezekne:
- cancel flight No. 6 at number 9.10. from Monday to Sunday;
- cancel flight No. 13 at number 14.10. the execution of Daugavpils from Monday to Sunday;

2. Route No 5627 Rēzekne-Malta-Feimaņi:
- cancel flight No. 15 at 20.45. the execution of the Rēzekne 2 staging site on Monday and Wednesday;
- cancel flight No. 16 at 21.20 from the stopping OF Malta on Monday and Wednesday;

3. Route No 5906 Rēzekne-Ozolmuiža-Cisk:
- cancellation of flight No 17 at 16.45. the execution of the Rebir from Monday to Sunday;
- cancel flight No. 18 at 17.10. the execution of Ozolmuiža from Monday to Sunday;

4. On route No 6485 Rēzekne-Versest-Lūznava:
- cancel flight No. 3 at number 15.40. the execution of the Rēzekne AO from Monday to Friday and Sunday;
- cancel flight No. 4 at 16.20. the execution OF the staging point Lūznava from Monday to Friday and Sunday;
- cancel flight No. 5 at 7.35. the execution of the Rēzekne AO from Monday to Saturday;
- cancel flight No. 6 at number 8.05 from the staging point Lūznava from Monday to Saturday.
