On 18 July 2019, on the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne municipality, “on the unbuilt land unit share of the land unit with cadastre designation 7886 002 0102 Sakstagala parish lease” (Protocol No 17, § 7, paragraph 4), in accordance with the results of the auction process, the right to enter into a land lease agreement with the cadastre designation 7886 002 0102 with an area of 2,60 ha was obtained by a natural person who promised the rental right of the object for the initial lease fee of EUR 60,00 (sixty euros 00 cents) per year excluding VAT.
