On the lease of the lease rights of the immovable property “Kvapans ponds” IN parish Gaigalavas
1. The object of the lease – the “Crown ponds” of the immovable property, Gaigalavas parish, Rezekne municipality, LV-4618, parcel of land with cadastre designation 7854 001 0011 part 345.77 ha, purpose of use – economic activity: amateur fishing - fishing; recreation-recreational to waters for organisation of water; dīķsaimniecībai and fish farming.
2. Amount of notional rent EUR 2029,93 (two thousand twenty-nine euros, 93 cents) per year per year (excluding VAT) (not included in real estate tax).
3. Auction object – plot of land with cadastre designation 7854 001 0011 part of 345,77 ha, consisting of four ponds:
Fish Pond No 1 - 98,82 ha,
Fish Pond No 2 – 78,61 ha,
Fish Pond No 5 - 97,28 ha;
Fish Pond No 6 – 71,06 ha,
4. Lease term (years) – 8 (eight) years, with an opportunity to extend up to 12 (twelve) years if substantial capital investments are made, which are coordinated with the municipality of Rezekne.
5. Time and place of submission of applicants - until 4 April 2018, at 10.00, Rēzekne District Municipality AT Gaigalavas parish administration premises, address: Rēzeknes street 2, Gaigalava, Gaigalavas civil parish, Rezekne municipality, LV–4618.
