Event for young people “Palmiera, VOSORA” in Dricans

On 24 August, the “Palmiera, VOSORA” event was held under the youth initiative project “dance miskaste”. Anyone who wanted to spend the last days of the summer in particular could attend it. Despite the recent years of rain and overflowing rivers, the event was attended not only by local young people but also by visitors from Sakstagala and Ozolaine. Although all activities took place indoors, young people nevertheless managed to create creative, informal and pleasant noises, as the working group had invested much work and time to prepare for the last summer pleasure.

In the event of the event, each had a chance to take a photo of a self-prepared Instagram frame and go further to the frame-making workshops, where the picture you just missed and printed to create your own unique photo. The next stop was the painting of the jars, followed by the weaving of mandals from the fabric and the opportunity to create their own dragon. The longest lines were, of course, the henna tattoos masters, Madara and Dita, who also had her face painted with her face. The special guests were friends from Riga, who learned from glass bottles to create beautiful glass glasses and make ideas for an environmentally friendly picnic. The most courageous visitors could play their forces on the dance plaster, as well as getting small prizes.
