Notification of a concluded land lease contract

The municipality of Rezekne informs the local government that on 20 April 2016 a land lease contract No. 8.7.1/220 on “Palermo”, Lendžu parish, Rezekne municipality, cadastre No. 7866 003 0079, part of the municipality motorway of the municipality of 0.1512 ha – Pourical `for maintenance purposes, rent – by 0.51 TP1T higher than the real estate tax rate is concluded. Duration of the lease contract until 19 April 2028.
