Notification of land units with cadastre designation 7844 001 0130 in parish Bērzgales

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 16 April 2020 entitled “Land units with cadastre designations 7844 001 0130 Bērzgales parish” (prot. No. 11, § 5) Land lease agreement No 8.7.1/246 concluded on 29 April 2020, a land unit transferred to the municipality with the status “land unit of jurisdiction” with cadastre designation 7844 001 0130 0.30 ha. The contract is valid from 29 April 2020 to 28 April 2032.
The land unit with cadastre designation 7844 001 0130 is located in Juzupoli, Bērzgales parish, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101); encumbrances – protection zone along the municipal road 4405 Mariental-Juzupole-Peschanka. The rent of the land promised by the auction for the land unit of EUR 31,00 (excluding VAT); the purpose of the lease – agriculture; the lessee – a natural person.
