Notification of the lease of land unit with cadastre designation 7844 002 0293 IN parish Bērzgales

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 3 October 2019 “for non-built land units with cadastre designation 7844 002 0293 Bērzgales parish lease” (prot. No. 22, § 5) Land lease agreement No 8.7.1/940 concluded on 23 October 2019, a land unit transferred to the municipality with the status “land unit of jurisdiction” with cadastre designation 7844 002 0293 0,48 ha. The contract shall be valid from 23 October 2019 to 22 October 2031.
The land unit with cadastre designation 7844 002 0293 is located in Meirans, Bērzgales parish, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101); encumbrances – border, difficulty access to the land unit. The rent of the land promised by the auction for the land unit of EUR 31,00 (excluding VAT); the purpose of the lease – agriculture; the lessee – a legal person.
