Notification of the lease of the land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0159 IN parish Bērzgales

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 19 September 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit part of the land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0159 Bērzgales parish lease” (No. 21, § 8) Land lease agreement No 8.7.1/857 concluded on 2 October 2019, the land transferred to the municipality with the status “land unit of the municipality” by cadastre designation 7844 003 0159 in the area of 1.95 ha. The contract shall be valid from 2 October 2019 to 1 October 2031.
The land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0159 is located in Silauniekos, Bērzgales parish, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101); encumbrances – border, difficulty access to the land unit. Rent of the land promised in the auction for part of the unit of land per year 101,00 EUR (excluding VAT); purpose of lease – agriculture; tenant – natural person.
