Notification of the lease of land unit with cadastre designation 7866 005 0075 IN parish Lendžu

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 18 October 2018 “on the extension of the expiry of the land lease contract No 8-7.1/2269 of 6 September 2013 and the new version of the land lease contract” (Protocol No 22, 34 §), the land lease contract No 8.7.1/694 entered into on 20 November 2018, the land transferred to the municipality with cadastre designation 7866 005 0075 in the area of 2,5 ha. The contract continues on 6 September 2013 and is valid until 5 September 2030.
