Notification of the results of the auction of land units with cadastre designation 7888 004 0315 IN parish Silmalas

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 21 March 2019 “on the approval of the results of the auction rights of the land unit of the non-built, self-government unit with cadastre designation 7888 004 0315 Silmalas” (Protocol No 7, § 18), the land lease contract No 7 concluded on 28 March 2019 is transferred to the municipality with the cadastre designation 7888 004 0315 - 0,44 ha. The Agreement shall enter into force on 21.03.2019 and shall be valid until 20.03.2031.
