Notification of the results of the auction of land unit with cadastre designation 7888 007 0186 in THE parish OF Silmalas!

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 21 March 2019 “on the approval of the results of the auctioning of unbuilt, reserve land fund land with cadastre designation 7888 007 0186 Silmalas parish auction rights” (Protocol No 7, § 20), the land lease contract No 4 concluded on 28 March 2019, the land unit of the reserve land fund with cadastre designation 7888 007 0186 - 1,08 ha. The Agreement shall enter into force on 21.03.2019 and shall be valid until 20.03.2031.
