Notification of the results of the auction of land units with cadastre designation 7888 012 0358 IN parish Silmalas.

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 20 June 2019 “for non-built, land-reform land units with cadastre designation 7888 012 0358 Silmalas parish lease” (Protocol No 14, § 19), in accordance with the results of the auction process, the right to enter into a land lease for the completion of land reform with cadastre designation 7888 012 0358 with an area of 0,74 ha was obtained by a natural person who promised the rental right of the object of the initial lease fee of EUR 28,00 (twenty-eight euros 00 cents) per year without VAT. Duration of contract 10.07.2019 - 30.11.2031.
