Notification of the leasing of part of the land unit with cadastre designation 7844 002 0433 IN parish Bērzgales

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 3 October 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit part of the land unit with cadastre designation 7844 002 0433 Bērzgales parish lease” (No. 22, § 5) Land lease agreement No 8.7.1/939 concluded on 23 October 2019, part of the land unit transferred to the municipality with the status “part of the land unit of jurisdiction” by cadastre designation 7844 002 0433, in the area of 0.22 ha. The contract shall be valid from 23 October 2019 to 22 October 2031.
The land unit with cadastre designation 7844 002 0433 is located in Meirans, Bērzgales parish, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101); encumbrances – border, difficulty access to the land unit. Rent of the land promised by the auction for part of the unit of land per year of EUR 31,00 (excluding VAT); purpose of leasing – agriculture; tenant – legal person.
