On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 18 July 2019 “on the extension of the duration of the land lease contract No 22/2014 of 14 October 2014 and in the new version of the land lease contract” (Protocol No 17, 40 §), the land lease contract No_8.7.1/657 concluded on 31 July 2019, the land transferred to the lease with cadastre designation 7870 007 0308 – 3,3 ha, 7870 007 0181 – 2,4 ha, 7870 007 0292 – 0,9 ha and 7870 007 0304 – 0,6 ha. The contract shall continue on 14 October 2014 and shall be valid until 7 May 2031.
