Pizza festival in Raters

For the sixth year, a traditional Day event of Joseph was organized in the People's House - the housewife's competition “Jezupeņam gordi sunkki”. This year it took place on 16 March and its theme was the preparation of pizza.
There were 12 participants in the competition between 10 and 66 years of age. The main task of the house was to prepare and bring to the event the “pizza” theme of last year. Each Saeima was very carefully prepared for this event, because the variety and magnificence of pizza could only be admired.
Olga Dombrovskis' table led to the fungal pizza “Mežmala”, which was nominated as the softest pizza, the other Olga's work was “classic” pizza. The most recent party to the competition, Angelina Vvivska, had a “love pizza” with the olives, which was also mentioned. Alla Vvivska offered a pizza called “Slinkēte”, Bernard Dudkevich delighted the visitors with the most original pizza “good appetite”, Irina Kudrjavceva urged to taste the “vegetarian pizza”, Svetlana Smirnova pampered the present with the greatest pizza “Svetlana”, who also won the jury's gratitude. Elga Elksne offered the most picnic pizza with the name “scalp pizza”. Oxana Jermalajevo gave a pizza “cucumber” “, a long period of Bule with very delicious“ mini pizza ”, Alexander Bule fascinated with a taste of“ salmon pizza ”, Marina Reinkikov offered a pizza called“ delicatess ”, Irina Smirnova, with pizza“ Margaret ”.
The househearts were valued by the jury - Stanislav Cipruss, Anita Čehovich, Valentine Puncule, who did not come easily, as each pica had to be tasted and objectively assessed.
Alexander Bule, with a nice work on “salmon pizza”, earned the prize of the viewers and the jury.
During the event, various economic competitions were organised on the topic “pizza”.

The winner of this year's contest, Svetlana Smirnova, recommended the next year's theme: “lavash rolls”.
