Information to be published regarding the sale of the land unit of the immovable property “beacon” and the immovable property “Kvapans ponds” FOR the commercial operation OF the parcel of parcel OF parcel OF land Gaigalavas
1. Lease object:
1.1. immovable property with cadastre No. 7854 001 0087 consisting of a plot of land with cadastre designation 7854 001 0087 – 1,06 ha and 2 (two) structures with cadastre designations 7854 001 0087 001 and 7854 001 0087 003;
1.2. land units with cadastre designation 7854 001 0011 part of 260 ha (pond No. 3 and No 4) which is part of the “Crown ponds” of the immovable property with cadastre No. 7854 001 0011;
1.3. installations, furniture, land units in the territory of 78540010011, in accordance with the list of equipment, according to the address “beacon”, Gaigalavas parish, Rezekne municipality, LV-4618.
2. The purpose of use – commercial activity: the object of the auction is leased with the purpose of use to develop the “lighthouse” of existing water tourism development centres as a centre for the development of regional and international significance tourism, with planned activity in tourism, nature conservation (including bird watching), recreational, sporting activities (including fishing), as well as in fisheries.
3. Amount of notional rent EUR 280,00 per object per month (excluding VAT).
4. The lessee pays the land under buildings at a rent of 1.5 % from the current cadastre value.
5. The lessee shall compensate the lessor for the amount of the remuneration of an independent valuer OF EUR 1657,70 (one thousand six hundred fifty-seven, eur 70 cents) paid within a month from the date of conclusion of the lease contract.
6. Auction object:
6.1. immovable property with cadastre No. 7854 001 0087 consisting of a plot of land with cadastre designation 7854 001 0087 – 1,06 ha and 2 (two) structures with cadastre designations 7854 001 0087 001 and 7854 001 0087 003;
6.2. land units with cadastre designation 7854 001 0011 part of 260 ha (pond No. 3 and No 4) which is part of the “Crown ponds” of the immovable property with cadastre No. 7854 001 0011;
6.3. Installations, furniture, land unit 78540010011 located in the territory of the building, in accordance with the list of equipment.
7. Lease term (years) – 12 (twelve) years.
8. Deadline and place of application by applicants until 17 February 2020, at 11.30 In the municipality of Rezekne, address: release alley 95A, Rezekne, LV–4601, 23.
9. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step (first).
10. Place and time of the auction – 18 February 2020, at 10.30 In the municipality of Rezekne, address: release alley 95A, Rezekne, LV–4601, Cabinet 17.
11. Auction step EUR 28,00 (twenty-eight euro, 00 cents).
12. Membership fee: EUR 15,00 (fifteen euros, 00 cents) paid before the registration of the auction. The membership fee shall include the value added tax in the amount of the applicable rate laid down in laws and regulations. The membership fee is not reimbursed and is not credited to the promised lease.
13. Collateral: eur 280,00 (two hundred and eighty euros, 00 cents) paid before the registration of the auction. The security shall be repaid to applicants who do not acquire lease rights within 10 (ten) days. The winner of the auction shall be credited to the first rent payment.

15. The examination of the auction object and the provision of information regarding the tender object to interested tenderers shall be organised on 12 February 2020 at 10.00, “lighthouse”, Gaigalavas civil parish, Rezekne municipality, LV-4618.
16. With the procedures of the auction process and the draft lease contract, the “Gaigalavas parish board” of the local government institution “Gaigalavas parish” may be acquainted with the building of the municipality of Rezekne, address: Rēzeknes street 2, Gaigalava, Gaigalavas civil parish, Rezekne municipality, LV–4618, in the proceedings, as well as the website of the municipality of Rezekne in the homepage of the municipality www.reseknesnogus.lv.
