Students of the Rezekne municipality shall be invited to participate in the drawing competition

In order to promote the awareness of the European Union and its contribution to the economic and cultural growth of Latvia, the municipality of Rezekne and the “Europe Direct” Information Centre invite students of the Rēzekne municipality to participate in the drawing competition “Europe in my city, parish, family”. Time of the competition - by 13 May of that year.
Drawings on A3 horizontal pages will be accepted in the competition. Each member can submit one drawing, painting, or graphic. The drawing, together with a completed application form, will be taken in the 35 th or 33 rd Cabinet of the municipality of Rezekne until 13 May 2019.
Thirteen best student drawings will be published in the “Europe Direct Information Centre” of the municipality of Rezekne in the 2020 table. Participants and their teachers, whose drawings will be published in the calendar, will receive the diplomas and awards of the participants in the competition. The authors of the three best drawings will receive special prizes.
The “Europe in my city, parish, family” initiative of the student drawing competition can be used for the historical events of Europe and Latvia, the European countries, Latvian national cities and parish symbolics, European countries and Latvian architecture, ethnography and nature, the celebrations of celebrations celebrated in Europe and Latvia, the brightest impressions of European countries, Latvia, their parish and family, and other European ideas.
The tender will be scanned and returned to the owners. They will be used in publicity events, social networks, as well as in the website of the municipality of Rezekne and the Europe Direct Information Centre and other media.
The competition is organised by the municipality of Rezekne and the “Europe Direct” Information Centre.
