Rezekne municipality's youth annual prize 2018

With convincing words, HE said, “If you're too quiet, you don't hear.” It is no longer true that the quiet will win. You need songs with fists, dreams with fire and ideas with dynamite. 'On 22 February, a three-year award ceremony was held at THE Rēzekne municipality in Bērzgales.
The attractive and solemn event was organised to honor, highlight and thank the most active and talented young people of Rezekne, youth experts and youth workers who have changed their lives and other young people with their performance.
This year, the festive ceremony of the Rēzekne municipality was awarded the award at nine nominations, with a total of 41 nominations. The winner of each nomination received a special prize, a stylised ladder made up of wood, symbolizing the way up to a career ladder. The authors of the stylised stairways as a year's prize were the young people of Rezekne. The implementation of the prize was taken over by the new businessman Walter Tsarud.
The Rēzekne municipality's annual award ceremony was supplemented this year by the School of Student Companies of Rezekne, while the participants of the dance studio BARDTIME dance group Tasty Crew were encouraged by vigorous dances. At the time of the nominations, THE 6 th piano-class student Kaspars Bačkurs, the 6 th piano-class student of the music school, sang songently to Rogovka MJIC Youth Saiva Magaica, Ozolmuižas parish young girl Elise Poisha, and with modern dance audiences was charged WITH Feimaņu parish dance group “Illustrations”.
The Youth Annual Prize organisers thanked the award ceremonies for volunteers, colleagues, parish councils, youth centres, youth affairs specialists and all those with whom the energy contribution was carried out in the course of the competition and award ceremony!

Winners of the “Rēzekne municipality award 2018” nominations:
“School of the Year” — Karina Butler
Maltas upper secondary school students, talented, active and creative youth who are not only actively participating in school self-administration but also spend much time on volunteering. Sympathy and tolerance are the features of the Karin character, which are shown not only in the various charities but also in the organisation of Maltas children and youth centre events. Karina loves her native side and is a patriot of her parish.
Eduards Zariņš (Dricānu secondary school), Aleksandrs Mironov (Maltas secondary school), Erika's profits (Kaunatas secondary school), Elīna Kuchāne (Vērēmu primary school), May Livdane (Feimaņu primary school) were also nominated in the nomination “year pupil”.
“Year's New Athlete” – Aurelia Zarina
An active Dricānu secondary school students who devote all their free time to sport. The young girl plays Rēzekne's children's and youth sports schools in the 1 st League women's florball team and FK Kekava Virgin women's team. Aurelia, on behalf of the Latvian Flemish Union, was recognised as the best player in the 1 st League for women in the 2018-2018 season.
The nomination also included: Laura Lucatnik (Bērzgales civil parish), Vadim Mironov (Maltas civil parish), Victoria Zukova (Bērzgales civil parish), Lāsma Bauska (Feimaņu civil parish), Anna Tripane (Bērzgales civil parish), Sergei Gorin (Feimaņu civil parish).
“Young artist of the year” – Kaspars Bačkurs
Kaunatas secondary school students who learn piano game AT Maltas music school. Caspar is very musical, talented and centered, and in parallel with training he actively concerts schools, out-of-school and leisure events, as well as participates in various musical competitions, thus promoting the name of Rezekne municipality in Latvia.
The nomination also included Lana Povareshchenkova (Maltas civil parish), League Sondore (Nautrēnu civil parish), Dita Dembovsky (Dricānu civil parish).
“Year Volunteer” – League Runchis
Maltas parish youth, Maltas upper secondary school students and Maltas child and youth centre active visitor. For more than three years, the League is actively engaged in volunteering and investing in improving the quality of life of children, young people and society in BOTH Maltas parish and Rezekne municipality.
The nomination also included: Viktor Drozdov (Ilzeskalna civil parish), Clinta spokesman (Ozolmuižas civil parish), Laura Gribuste (Stoļerovas civil parish), Diana Līpure (Ozolmuižas civil parish).
“Annual youth worker” – Igors Isupovs
A targeted Griškānu youth affairs specialist who has successfully conducted several events in 2018 for youth and other parish people. One of the challenges is the youth forum 2018, which was organised in the parish OF Griškānu. As a volunteer, he took part in the Days of Rezekne, where he responded to voluntary coordination. The young man successfully represents Rezekne's municipality in various international projects. Igor always seeks to improve the quality of his work and to transfer his new knowledge to young people.
The nomination also included: Ilze Chudare (Bērzgales parish youth affairs specialist), Dina Sukkane (Nautrēnu parish youth affairs specialist), Diana Drozdova (Ilzeskalna parish youth affairs specialist).
“Year school school” – Kaunatas secondary school student “Mars tea”
Lena Šlapakov and Ilze Verpakovsky are actively involved not only in the activities of Junior Achivment Latvia, but also in the regional market of Rezekne, “Lobs lobby”, offering customers after a personalised order to purchase ecological herbal tea, which is packed in hand-made packaging. “Mar tea” in the competition “Start strong 3 +3” is the only representative from Latgale region among 28 participants.
The nomination also led TO Nautrēnu secondary school students “Mystery of Serendipity”.
“New York-friendly parish administration” – Nautrēnu parish administration
The administration is interested in the development of civil and cultural life, and the activities of the Centre for Youth Initiatives and the school are supported. The parish administration supports the ideas of young people not only financially but also took care to provide the necessary material for the activities of the activities. It is important to note that young people have the opportunity to participate in other parish events, as transport and parish drivers are provided, despite their tight schedule, to bring young people into the necessary place.
The nomination also included: Ilzeskalna parish administration, Feimaņu parish administration, Bērzgales parish administration, Sakstagala parish administration.
“Annual youth organisation” – Nautrēnu small circle
Nautrēnu minors are an active organization that engages children and young people in their activities. In Latgale region, 9 projects have been defended in the small group. At the national level, the association has shown itself to “illuminate Latvia” in the Vistatia stock, as well as the “Latvian soldier in the newspaper turn” competition. Nautrēnu minors participate in volunteering, camps and forums to gain new experience and impressions.
The nomination also led TO Feimaņu parish association “Center for Eastern Latvian Creative Initiatives”.
 “Year's most active parish 2018” – Nautrēnu civil parish
In 2018, 63 domestic events were organised in Nautrēnu parish and the parish young people participated in 78 other parish, municipality and also international events and competitions for young people promoting video creativity.
2 nd place: Feimaņu civil parish
3 rd place: Bērzgales civil parish
The nomination also included: Sakstagala parish, Dricānu civil parish, Ilzeskalna civil parish.
