The municipality of Rezekne calls on the local government to work on land affairs specialists
The Land Management Service of the municipality of Rezekne (tail 90009112679) invites the land management service to work. Applicants must be:
- at least average education;
- at least 3 (three) years of work experience with land or real estate matters in the local government;
- knowledge regarding the work with land affairs and the regulatory enactments regulating the property of the local government and the ability to orientate them;
- a high sense of responsibility and precision are expected from bidders, a good computer and the skills required for work and the use of internetworking resources;
- official knowledge of the official language
The principal place of employment is Rikavas parish administration and Nagļu parish administration; remuneration OF EUR 240; 0.5 rates. The evaluation of candidates shall be initiated no later than 3 (three) days after the expiry of the time limit for submission of documents. The competition is organised in two stages. In the first round, the Commission shall assess the documents submitted by the applicants, the second round – the examination of the work interview and the practical skills shall be invited to the tenderers whose documents submitted conform to the requirements laid down in the tender regulations.
