The municipality of Rezekne, in an electronic auction on electronic auction site, sells the municipal immovable property “Nagļu School”, cadastre No. 7874 005 0305, consisting of land unit with cadastre designation 7874 005 0301, area of 0.5548 ha, and two buildings with cadastre designation 7874 005 0305 001 (school 993.10 m2) and cadastre designation 7874 005 0305 002 (school-boarding 100.5 m2). Property address: “Nagļu School”, Nagļi, Nagļu parish, Rezekne municipality.
Initial auction price - EUR 18 000,00. Auction step - EUR 200,00. Security - EUR 1800,00.
Opening of the auction – 17.08.2020., closing of the auction – 16.9.2020. 13.00. Application for auction – up to 06.09.2020. 23.59.
A person wishing to participate in the auction shall pay the security of the institution “Dricānu parish association” in the current account AS “SEB banka”, LV13UNLA0055000971126, and send a request for authorization to the auction via the electronic auction site.
Purchase payment - until 25.10.2020. in accordance with the regulations of the electronic auction. The payment shall be performed by the “Dricānu parish association” OF the local government institution AS SEB bank “current account LV13UNLA0055000971126”.
