Municipality of Rezekne announces internal competition to the office of the internal auditor of the local government

The municipality of Rezekne shall announce an internal competition to the office of the internal auditor of the local government. Candidates whose place of employment on the day of announcement of the competition is one of the authorities of the municipality of Rezekne may participate in the competition.
The applicant must have a higher (at least first level) education in accounting, financial management or economics, professional experience in the local government at least 2 (two) years, a very good knowledge of ZZ Dats in the software G-MAP of the single local government system, THE WHOLE and other software. The WORK experience with the unified local government system software MUST be at least 2 (two) years. The knowledge of the national language should be at the highest level, be familiar with the laws and regulations necessary to carry out the internal audit and be able to focus on them. The applicant must be a communicator, be able to make objective and reasoned conclusions and be able to take decisions independently. It is also necessary to be able to handle information technologies, electronic communications and office equipment.
Deadline for submission of applicants documents - 20 April 2018 at 16.00. The evaluation of candidates shall be commenced no later than 3 (three) working days after the expiry of the time period of submission of applicants.
The competition is organised in two stages. In the first round of the competition, the Commission shall assess the applicants' applications and the documents submitted. The second round of the tender shall be invited by candidates meeting the requirements of the tenderer, attested by the documents submitted. The second round of the competition consists of an interview.
