Rēzekne municipality festival celebrated

Ovens, athletic, family, bright sunlight and cool breeze, with the July clouds in the sky, but without the summer of the summer of the summer, a day of Rēzekne was celebrated in the Anchupan valley on 15 July. The activity started on the day before, arranging the place of the event, the concert erection, the parish, but on Saturday at noon, the people were streaming to Anchupans to see, hear and taste what the largest municipality in Latvia would offer this time -- Rezekne municipality!
This time, the festival had arrived at Rēzekne Municipality and friends - a delegation from the Lithuanian city of Cupitus, a Norwegian delegation from the city of Agder, as well as a Belarusian delegation from the city of twinning.
The festival was rich and rich – a variety of sports competitions, craftsmen and domestic producers, parish mushrooms, where each of the 25 parishes of Rezekne, children's activities, and in the afternoon, at noon. 17.00 began a central event in the “sow family, sou nunvoy”, in which the municipalities and guests of the municipality took place, were honoured in the most active, strongest, best-selling families.
“If i ask for one word to describe the basis of the growth and stability of each country or each of them, i could clearly say that it is a family. Family, family, and family are a place where traditions can be preserved, teach a work of work from generation to generation. I am delighted that today, among us, the best families are among us, those who show, with their own example, what families must be, so that the country is strong. Every one that will be called here must be given a great honour - you are the best holders of our sincere stability. Today we also have guests and neighbours to look at how we can not only work but also rest. I am delighted to welcome you to the festival and your family to wish health and well-being. The happiness, the joy, and the love that is due in each family are our associates,” – the Chairman OF the Rēzekne council, Monvīds Švarcs.
Before the festival, all parishes were invited to submit their families in several nominations – “family legacy”, “the most active family”, “The most helpful family”. The gratitude articles were received by all the nominated families, but the winners of the prize. In the nomination “family heritage”, families in which work and job skills are inherited from generation to generation were applied. Such is the family of Krukovsku (Bērzgales civil parish), the Family family (Čornajas civil parish), the Zuju family (Pušas civil parish), the Lebanese family (Silmalas civil parish), the family of Luki (Stoļerovas civil parish), while the “family heritage” of the prizes is received Bikovsky (Gaigalavas civil parish). The family of bikovsky from generation to generation, the love of land, the morality of work, the honesty, the mutual help, the close family ties, the farmer's tough.
A special prize for the winners of the “family legacy” was also organised by Rita Kurmeikova, Deputy Director of the BTA Insurance Company's client business centre “Rezekne”.
In the nomination, the “active family” gratitude for participation was received by Anna and Juris Kravaļi (Lendžu parish), Rasma and Viktors Afanasjevi (Pušas civil parish), Natalia and Aivars Stafecki (Silmalas civil parish), Jekaterina and Juris Marmiuzvi (Stružānu civil parish). In the nomination of prizes, the “most active family” received another Gaigalavas parish family this time – The flock of the jaws. 
Everyday, we often don't think about the fact that we can be delighted by helping to do not only the big works but the everyday ones, at that moment. Start the machine and take the neighbor to the doctor, or to the store, to process the kitchen land, or to give a bouquet of self-grown flowers. Such small works, which sometimes seem insignificant and self-evident, improve everyday, as each smile makes a smile and each expressed “thanks” a little warm soul and makes the day lighter. Therefore, the nomination “The most helpful family” is established. A number of helpful and nice families, the Druļu family (Gaigalavas civil parish), the Walk family (Nagļu civil parish), the Zundu family (Pušas civil parish), the Veriovkin family (Silmalas civil parish), were grateful for the participation. In the nomination of prizes, “The most helpful family” received Barkani family from Bērzgales parish.
The culmination of the concert was followed by the first being awarded in the family nomination “future pearl”. In Rēzekne municipality, the future promises to be bright, because that year, the nomination “future pearl” was given to 192 families, in which offspring were coming from 1 January 2016 to 1 June 2017. When these people came out, we could see how rich we were today, in our family, in our county!
This year's festival was another innovation – the greatest parish of Rezekne Municipality, who showed himself the most abundant, most exciting, most attractive. As the head of the evaluation Commission acknowledged, the executive director of Rezekne, Jānis Troška, was very difficult to assess, as all the parish had tried, but the first place and prize of 1000 euros were unanimously awarded TO Ozolaines parish, who offered an insight at the forthcoming international piracy festival on 21-23 July. The second place and 700 euros were received BY Vērēmu parish, which was composed of artist and artists' mushrooms with demonstrations of different positions, a real rural fireplace, etc. The third place and 500 euros received three parish – Rikava, Nagļi and Sakstagals together with their unit Kantinieku parish.
For a number of years, only those craftsmen and domestic producers are invited to participate in the Rēzekne District. The presentation of the market place and its relevance to festivals were also evaluated this year. Several traders took the umbrellas of Rezekne's municipality, while the main prize was awarded to Valentine Svarinska (Griškānu parish), which offers a variety of seasonings made from their own vegetables and herbs, jams, sauces etc.
Rezekne municipality thanked BTA Insurance Company and SIA “Latgale flowers”. In the summer sky, hundreds of small green balloons flew in the sky, proving the faithfulness of the people and the hope of living and working together, forming the prosperity of Rezekne Municipality - sow in the family, sow at the barn!
After the celebration of the festival, the festival continued at night balls – from 19.00 to morning, the speakers were delighted by musicians and groups that were popular in Latvia: “tombs”, “Big Al & the Jockers”, the Latvian eworking legend Viktor Lapchenok, “Musiqq”, “iron Vilks”, “Sovskis”, “Weird Wednesdays”.
