On July 15, in the summer of summer, the municipality of Rezekne, the municipality of Rēzekne, has organised exciting, family, educational and sporting festivals - Rēzekne Municipality Day in Anchupan Valley. Everybody will find appropriate activities in the broad agenda of the event.
From 12.00, the basketball player will be able to find out the best team in striping competitions, while at 14.00, a competition will be held for a third time “Rēzekne's strongest field man”. By this time, the parish enthusiasts in the teams will carry out two different tests of resistance to find out where the strongest men live in the Rēzekne province. Meanwhile, small enthusiasts will be able to check their success “Adventure trail”where the attractions and relay children will be offered by the association “for a strong family”.
Continuing several years ago “Parish dip” traditions, also this year from 15.00, Rēzekne municipality county will show that they are strong and rich. The parish hall will include both demonstration and creative workshops, both artistic self-activities and cultural heritage. As usual, visitors of domestic and artisanal business will also be waiting for visitors throughout the day.
This time, a number of new developments are expected in the Rēzekne municipality, including: Orientation labyrinth from 17.00 to 18.30, in which every visitor or individual will be able to check the performance and orientation skills to find an exit at the 60 x 15 m wide labyrinth as soon as possible; and Juvenile crawling competitions at 19.00. In the competition, we are invited to take part in children up to two years of age to fight for the titles of the quickest baby of Rezekne. The main condition: approximately 6 metres long trace of the infant should be crawled. Similarly, the decade of Razna National Park and the natural values will be seen during the event. exhibition at “intersection — nature”.
At 17.00 with concert “sow in the family, sow in the house” the musical part of the festival will begin and the strongest and most talented families of Rezekne will be honored. Following the celebration of the festival, the joy will continue night ball – from 19.00 to morning, everyone is invited to dance with the musicians and groups popular in Latvia: “tombs”, “Big Al & the Jockers”, Viktor Lapchenoku, “Musiqq”, “Iron Vilks”, “Sovskis”, “Wierd Wednesdays”.
