Seminar on integrated plant protection and field sprayers

SIA “Latvian Centre for Rural Consultation and Education”, within the framework of the activities of the National Rural Network of Latvia, in cooperation with the State Plant Protection Service (VAAD) organises a free educational seminar on basic principles of integrated plant breeding and protection, implementation in practice and construction and preparation of sprayers for work.
Seminar will be held this year 23 October, at 10.00 Rēzekne is led BY Ozolmuižas parish in Kozoros, the farm “mountains”.
Integrated plant protection applies to all who use plant protection products of registration class 2 or use a service in this area. On the requirements of integrated plant breeding and protection, field monitoring (inspection), determination of the level of prevalence and development of crop diseases and pests, as well as the filling of field history will be reported by THE VAAD representative Anitra Lestlande and Linda Books.
Jānis Kažotnieks, head of the engineering division OF Latvia's Rural Consultation and Education Centre, will inform participants of the seminar about the construction of the sprayers, the work safety measures and the protective equipment working with the spray, their preparation for work as well as practically showing how the nebuliser test is carried out and who must directly pay attention to the nebuliser.
Think about clothing suitable for weather, as most seminars will take place outside.
