Miķelli is the autumn sunshine when the sun turns toward the winter, so the day and night are in the same length. This is an important stop point for the farmer, the most important works have been made, the activity on the field is slowed down. The Miķels fall into the richest seasons of nature and rural areas, and they are also a harvest festival. IN Sakstagala, a special role was given to the mushrooms in the Michel Day of the Cleveland School.
An exhibition was created before the festival, where children's works can be viewed. The pupils drew mushrooms in different techniques, lipped from plastic and made mushrooms from the paper. The exhibition could be viewed in primary school classes.
The mushrooms had arrived in the mushrooms. It told me an interesting story about the autumn warrior who wanted to go with children to the funeral. The children had an opportunity to look at the theatre performance “under the fungi”, the Englishman pleased with a beautiful song called “autumn River.”
A very interesting hat of the mushrooms. Children, along with their parents, made strange and unreproducible headgear and matching clothes.
After playing, each class received a large basket and went to sit. In Miķelos, the mushrooms grew in both the school corridors and the dining hall. Everyone was happy because they gathered a lot of mushrooms!
Of course, all the pupils' activities were followed by strong eyes, delighted and valued the thought of children and parents, the work they had done. The results were collected and the most active and imaginative pupils who were awarded with special, dedicated diplomas and sweets.
