As the summer starts, the Rēzekne municipality is active in Stalerow. As a result of the non-formal training of young people in Rezekne, the young researchers use the opportunity to participate, implement and gain experience in the project “Eu – formally informal youth!” in the project “Eu – formally informal youth!” (leader of the association Dzintra Gribuste). The main idea of the project is to develop non-formal education of children and young people in civil society by organising events, updating the importance of work, thereby developing young people's entrepreneurial skills and skills. The co-ordinator of the youth project is Laura Gribuste. The implementation of the project takes place together with THE Council of Stoļerovas parish council, the Rēznas elementary school and the association “RTA alumni association”.

The aim of the project is to promote the methods of formal and informal learning of young people and the useful forms of work in leisure time. The non-formal training programme includes the cultivation of patriotic feelings and the creation and development of the native parish area, the updating of the business theme and the networking of the twinning network with the nearby youth organisations.

Already in May, Stoļerova became more common, as the first activity of this project anticipated the promotion of work and the improvement of the native place. As a result, chewing bushes were planted, the young people themselves worked so that the parish would be a single place more in the parish.

In June, the stools were able to participate in an interactive lesson “leadership and entrepreneurial skills”, led by a member of the board of directors of “RTA graduates”, Lectore Lolita Kivleniece-Kuzncova. The practical lecture could learn more about the leadership of the leader, the development of leadership skills and the motivation aspects, as well as the idea of developing entrepreneurial skills and launching it in the future. On the same day, Stalerow was a attractive and knowledgeable game for children and young people “environmental day – leadership and team cohesion”. In six checkpoints, it was possible to learn not only the parish different viewing objects, but also to make sure of their knowledge on different issues of nature, to try hand-to-hand work by creating windmills, butterflies, as well as to demonstrate their attractiveness in different directions of ingenuity.

The activities of the project will continue in August, as it is planned that an experience exchange trip to Maltas children and youth centre, a leisure centre “hive” (Lipuškos) is planned.

The beneficiaries of the project are the young people of Rezekne Municipality Stoļerovas parish, those who are essential to improve themselves in non-formal education so that they can be used in the future of their career and professional activity.
