Applicants for the posts of parish managers will be evaluated

In order to select candidates for vacant Gaigalavas, Dricānu, Stružānu, Sakstagala, Nagļu parish management managers, the Commission, which will assess the eligibility of candidates, shall be appointed by the municipality. Candidates were raised in parish meetings. The requirements stipulate that they must have higher education, knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the work of the local government and the ability to focus on them. The ability to work with large amounts of information, good analytical capacity and communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and precision is also essential. Experience in local government or public work, knowledge of the official language corresponding to the office, skills of good computer use. The applicant shall submit a programme of activities (development) of parish councils to which the position of the manager is based, listing existing problems and providing solutions thereto, as well as his or her vision of mutual co-operation of parish administrations in THE parish association OF Dricānu and solving common issues.
The competition is organised in two stages. In the first round of the competition, the Commission shall assess the documents submitted by the applicants and the results of the operational programmes, as well as the results of the practical task – test. These documents must be submitted by the applicants by 17 December.
In the 2 nd round of the competition, members of the Rēzekne District Council and Dricānu, Gaigalavas, Kantinieku, Nagļu, Sakstagala, and the Chairpersons of the Advisory Councils of Stružānu parish councils or their delegates are eligible.
