At the centre of the festival “lighthouse” in Gaigalava parish, every lead is invited to see the artist Viola Anne Bīriņa ceramics and canvas exhibition, accompanied by the works of Stnislava Vilnius ceramics.

Viola Anna Bīriņa has graduated from the Latvian Academy of Culture, where she obtained an art master degree in cultural theory. The ceramic vocational education was acquired by Stanislava Vilnius. The clay has been working since 2008. Participated in both total ceramic exhibitions and personal exhibitions, such as in July 2014 at Latgale Art and Crafts Center in Leavans, where the artist's ceramics and photographs on wood were seen.

The cupped ceramic is only hand-held, with no podcasts. The silhouette and texture properties of the container shall be used in their works. They are mostly practicable daily dishes (plates, bowls, trays, fruit vessels, serviceable tableware, kettles, cups) in unusual form and design solutions. Since 2009, a wooden texture print has entered the handwriting. Other prints of natural materials, lace articles, or simply askietic, smooth surface of a container are also used.

The artist is also fascinated with photography. They are printed on canvas canvas, usually used by painters, to obtain even more life. First the picture is printed in high photo quality on the canvas fabric. When the picture is attached to a specially designed wooden subframe, it becomes very similar to the painting, in addition to a spatial and emotional notion.

The “blessed ceramic closest” exhibition can be viewed by mid-September.
