Businessmen, craftsmen and domestic producers are invited to sell their products in the field day and on the day of the Rezekne municipality

The municipality of Rezekne invites entrepreneurs, craftsmen, domestic producers to participate and sell their products on two events in the field day on July 10 and the Day of Rezekne on July 19.
“Lauku Day” will be held on 10 July from 10.30 to 16.00 Viļānu - Rēzekne highway in the third kilometre (3 km from Viļāniem in the direction of Rezekne) – estimated number of visitors ~ 500.
Conditions for participation:

• The power generators themselves must be provided;
• They must be equipped with their own trading venue;
• Operators who markets food must be registered in the food veterinary service.

Stakeholders wishing to sell their products on “rural day” should be logged into THE secretariat of THE Viļānu District Council by 30 June (cultural area 1a, Viļāni, tel. 64628033).

“Day of the Rezekne District” will be held on 19 July from 12.00 to 05.00 in the territory of Anchupan Kartodroma IN Vērēmu parish – the planned number of visitors ~ 6 000.
Conditions for participation:

• They must be equipped with their own trading venue;
• Establishments in the markets for foodstuffs must be registered in the food veterinary service.

Membership fee:

• The participation of Rēzekne and other handicraft and domestic producers in the case of trade in their products;
• For enterprises – EUR 7.11, per place three metres wide, for each next metre - 2.85 EURO;
• For catering undertakings – EUR 21,34, in addition to the submission of a food card;
• Alcohol trade (only the trade in low-alcoholic beverages) – EUR 21,34;

Charge per power supply:

• For the provision of lighting in the darkness of the day – EUR 7,11;
• For the connection of electrical appliances — 7,11 EUR per unit up to 3 kW;
• For catering plants who prepare food products during the event, the connection of electrical devices over 3 kW with connection 380V (separately information regarding the number of devices) and provision of lighting in the dark time of the day – 28,46 EURO.

Interested parties who wish to sell their products on the day of Rezekne municipality must be logged in the municipality of Rezekne. by 30 June (Liberation alley 95A, Rezekne, 3 rd floor, 33 rd office), submitting:

• the application form,
• a document certifying economic activity (a copy of the registration certificate of the undertaking, a copy of the individual merchant's certificate or a copy of the registration certificate of the performer of economic activity),
• a check or bank statement regarding payment of membership fees and electricity supply.
• A natural person who has not registered his or her economic activity shall submit a certificate.

The form of the application and certification shall be available on the website of the www.rezeknesnovads.lv website of the municipality of Rezekne in the section “submission forms” and will be sent electronically upon request. The application form may be submitted in person, by postal or electronic means, in the local government.

The marketing authorisations and auto passes for the “Day of the Rezekne Municipality” will be issued only after payment by presenting or sending a scanned e-mail novadadienas@rezeknesnovads.lv document to the bank approved by the bank.
